Oroville Dam Warning

On Paul Preston’s Agenda 21 Radio while interviewing Dave Hodges Paul issued a warning about the Oroville Dam and the possibilities there will be a failure of the “repaired” main spillway. On the show he stated the concerns many have had over the years about the rebuilding of the spillway and that the underlying issues that caused the February 7-12 main spillway disaster have never been fixed.
The State of California and the Department of Water Resources spent $2 billon to fix the spillway yet the spillway show massive leaks from water under the spillway that is under pressure.
