Incompetent California government can force children to get vaccinated, but can’t keep the dams from collapsing

The long awaited collapse of California State has begun. For the last 5 years the New California State movement has been moving forward toward the creation of a new state under Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution and has achieved Constitutional Standing with a Declaration of Independence (January 15, 2018) 190 Grievances read in 190 weeks on California Court House Steps, 9 Constitutional Conventions, 2 Constitutions, 67 field hearings influencing 42 counties in two years and an active Senate and Assembly where honest Americans are representing “We the People” in a bicameral legislature.

Concerned with the tasks of the covid epidemic New Californians confronted state and local officials about their “mandates” and fought back with “Declarations of Truth” and “Affidavits” yielding recalls and dozens of resignations and criminal investigations against officials who forgot the people were their bosses.

Following the November 3, 2020 Presidential election New California State filed suit against California State Governor Gavin Newsom former Secretary of State Alex Padia and Secretary of State Shirley Weber. New California State also filed suit in the United States Supreme Court as an Amici Curiae to the Texas suit regarding voter fraud in the battle ground states COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, STATE
OF GEORGIA, STATE OF MICHIGAN, AND STATE OF WISCONSIN.

The state case was centered around the mail in ballots which had been ruled unconstitutional the day before the election by the courts but the election was not stopped. We filed our case after the election because all the ballots used in the election were not properly labeled which meant the ballots could not be cast nor “counted”. The court “deliberately” (the court’s own admission) refused to hear the case until April 2021.

New California State Sues CA Gov. Newsom for Voter Fraud

Not bothered by an ignorant court New Californian’s went on an unstoppable mission to prevent the use of the voting machines in California. Utilizing tactics never seen in American history New California set out to change the complextion of local government in all 58 counties of California by issuing over 30,000 Affidavits and Declarations of Truth on local government officials accusing them of various crimes including violation of their oath of office, voter fraud, child abuse, torture of children, child sexual exploitation.

Combined with meetings, educational forums and hearings around the state to bring awareness to the people of the massive corruption by their local and state leaders. We started to see a difference after an 18 month period the in the counties and the state with numerous resignations including school board members, administrators, superintendents, county clerk recorders and supervisors.

To counter the use of the fraudulent election system of California it is imperative New California take all constitutional and legal steps to stop it use.

But that wasn’t enough. In July 2022 New California brought in voter fraud specialists to inform the “citizens” of the massive size and scope of crimes by local and state officials. Dr. Douglas Frank and Captain Seth Keshel entered voter fraud investigation.

Starting on July 1, 2022 New California State’ Paul Preston and Liz Ritchie joined forces with Dr. Douglas Frank and Captain Seth Keshel an embarked on a 19 county “Crisis in Elections, Selections NOT Elections” tour of California ending August 25th in San Francisco. (see tour schedule below)

There was a break in the action on August 20-21, 2022 as 25 New Californians traveled to Springfield, Missouri for Mike Lindell’s Moment of Truth Tour.

The information presented at each presentation decimated the narrative Biden won the 2020 election. The facts presented were overwhelming and conclusive to the hundreds who attended the presentations. To state and local government officials who enjoyed the benefits of a corrupt election system the tour was a signal their days are numbered.
