New California State has filed suit against California State Governor Gavin Newsom. New California State also filed suit in the United States Supreme Court as an Amici Curiae to the Texas suit regarding voter fraud in the battle ground states COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, STATE
OF GEORGIA, STATE OF MICHIGAN, AND STATE OF WISCONSIN.

The New California State lawsuit was filed in the Sutter County Superior Court on December 28, 2020 and there is an expected hearing on the merits of the case Tuesday January 5, 2021.
