I wanted to let you know about a new petition I created on We the People, a new feature on WhiteHouse.gov, and ask for your support. Will you add your name to mine? If this petition gets 99,999 signatures by February 02, 2021, the White House will review it and respond!
We the People allows anyone to create and sign petitions asking the White House to take action on a range of issues. If a petition gets enough support, the White House will issue an official response.

For 3 years New California, a new state in development, has petitioned the federal government for statehood and to utilize the Insurrection Act to stop the corruption and the communist foreign influence that has destroyed the California Republic. Now, the corruption that started here has swept throughout the entire nation and now threatens the very survival of The United States. We have no representation in rural California, which comprises most of the land mass and half the population. Use the Insurrection Act and Military Tribunals to apprehend the criminals, collaborators and traitors that are working in unison with the agenda of the Chinese Communist Party and other foreign interests to destroy this nation. Help us reclaim our citizenship as U.S. citizens by creating the 51s state.

The California State ballots used for the November 3, 2020 elections are missing mandated statutory law language according to California Election Code §13200 that went in to effect January 1, 2020. We request that you share this information with other Congressional Representatives and the President and Vice President. California’s 55 Electoral College votes should NOT be counted. They are non-compliant and as stated in the mandated statutory law California Election Code §13200 “Ballots not printed in accordance with this chapter shall not be cast nor counted in any election.” In 53 of the 58 Counties, mandated language of Election Code §13205 (b) was missing from the ballots and in the 5 remaining counties, mandated language of Election Code §13205 (c) was missing from the ballots. Both of these paragraphs give instructions to the voters regarding the election of the Electors representing the State at the Electoral College election for the President and Vice President. New California State, Paul Preston is asking the Sutter Superior Court to order all alleged “votes” from these defective ballots be totally disregarded. The filed Law Suit case is #CVCS20-2188 at the Sutter County Superior Court. A shortening of time for a hearing on Tuesday, January 5, 2020 has been requested. Thank you
