California Forensic Audit Requested in 2 Counties

Citizens in San Luis Obispo and NAPA Counties issue affidavits…then go to sheriff requesting investigation and forensic audits of November 3, 2020 election.

Two California counties have officially requested forensic audits of their November 3, 2020 general election records. The requests came by way of hundreds of affidavits being served on the counties Clerk Recorders charging them with violations of their oaths of office.

The Clerk Recorders in all 58 counties of California certified their county’s results to the California Secretary of State who certified the counties vote followed by the Governor’s certification. The certification then allowed the 55 Electoral votes to be sent to the Congress.

The counties of San Luis Obispo and NAPA are the first in state history where the citizens issued affidavits to their respective Clerk Recorders. The Clerk Recorders were given 10 days to respond to the affidavits. Both NAPA’s and San Luis Obispo’s Clerk Recorders failed to respond so the matter was sent to the county sheriffs.

Both San Luis Obispo and NAPA use the Dominion machines and related software.
