Jefferson Judge Leaning to Dismiss

SACRAMENTO, CA – U.S. District Court Judge Kimberly J. Mueller has been hearing arguments all morning in the citizens for Fair Representation law suit against the state of California. Sources inside the court have informed Agenda 21 Radio the Judge appears to be ‘leaning’ toward dismissal. Sources stated Judge Mueller asked one question of the state of California defense team who who gave their answer then “spent the rest of the time with their mouth shut” as the Judge spent the entire rest of the hearing with the Plaintiff. Judge Mueller wanted to hear from the Plaintiff if the Plaintiff had suffered any unique harm.
Sources stated “It’s obvious what the Judge’s potential decision will be”. The Plaintiffs must get past this hearing or there will be no 3 Judge panel.
