Agenda 21 Radio has been reporting on the safety of Oroville Dam and the lack of response by California Governor Jerry Brown after being made aware of “the Oroville Dam’s annual ‘Inspection of Dam and Reservoir in Certified Status’ by State of California Division of Safety of Dams for the years 2014, 2015 and 2016. These reports and the urgency of their contents in regards to the structural integrity of Oroville Dam center around several features of Oroville Dam including the main dam wall, main spillway and the emergency spillway. In addition a map known as an inundation map was produced in 2006 and revised in June 2016 for the August 22, 2016 inspection showing the extent of flooding if Oroville dam failed when full.
