DHS Secretary Kristi Noem reveals that New York City is protecting the criminal illegal fiend who burned an American woman alive on the subway: "ICE lodged a detainer for this individual that burned this woman alive and the Department of Corrections in this city won’t turn him over." NYC will not honour immigration hold for illegal immigrant Sebastian Zapeta-Calil who is facing subway murder charges, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).




New York City Department of Corrections already said previously that they will not honour an ICE immigration detainer request for Sebastian Zapeta-Calil. Sanctuary City is literally protecting this absolute demon and shielding him from justice. The tragic murder of Debrina Kawam by criminal illegal migrant Sebastian Zapeta-Calil, 33, highlights the deadly consequences of sanctuary policies. NYC has ignored ICE's detainer on Zapeta-Calil.



This isn’t an isolated incident—weak border enforcement and local defiance of federal laws prioritise criminals over citizens. It is time to secure borders, deport violent offenders, and dismantle sanctuary havens shielding these predators! Sebastian Zapeta-Calil is an illegal migrant from Guatemala who killed Debrina Kawam from Toms River, New Jersey by lighting her on fire and watching her burn - he even fanned the flames at one point! She was asleep while riding a New York City train this past December.


If Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) is helping criminal illegal migrants like this monster evade ICE then she needs to immediately be arrested, too! She is not protecting Americans she is protecting and helping evilness avoid deportation! The man who immersed Debrina Kawam in flames is Sebastian Zapeta-Zapeta-Calil: a thirty-three-year-old Guatemalan who had been deported by the Trump administration in 2018 and returned to the United States through the gaps in Joe Biden’s southern border.
