Corsi: President Trump Will Use the Insurrection Act to Secure the 2026 Midterm Election

On the June 18, 2026 interview with Paul Preston on Agenda 21 Radio Jerome Corsi laid out the plan for President Trump to issue Executive Orders for the use of the Insuurection Act to insure free elections for the 2026 Mid Term Election.

Yeah, well, these are the kinds of problems that you've got, and they're problems that are hard to solve if you don't have honest people running the elections. And that's where it begins. In other words, it begins in the fact that the Board of Elections itself is in on the crime, and the people hired are in on the crime, and nobody is going to turn themselves in. No, like out here in California, they do with their level best to keep the right people in the right positions. I mean, just it's unbelievable.

Preston

The grooming, there's grooming that goes on for candidates, as an example, because, you know, out here they have the jungle primary, the top two, regardless of party. They got rid of the party preference. And again, it... I can't believe how gullible people are when they go to the party preference and they find out that the Republican Party demands that you be a registered Republican at the time of the primary, yet the Democrat Party doesn't do that. You can be whatever, you can come on over and you can vote, but you have to have a registration as a Republican. So, you know, there's only twenty-two percent of Californians that are Republicans. Yeah. So how many Democrats vote in both primaries? And how would you cross-check that?

Yeah, exactly. All the methods and procedures are designed by criminals to facilitate cheating and stealing elections. And so there's a criminal system that is running our elections. And it's a criminal justice department that's supposed to be policing this. And so once you get an ideological bias, once you've weaponized voting, don't have voting anymore and that we and yet the lying about it and the mainstream media cover-up of it demonizes anybody who dares object and so far the courts have been protecting the liars and the criminals now some that's gotta stop but it's gonna stop when the president it's gonna come down to the president Donald Trump's saying, I'm going to take executive action. He's going to declare a national emergency. And he's going to have to be willing to use the National Guard, just like President Eisenhower did or President Kennedy did when the schools were being integrated in the South. He had to send in the National Guards to make sure these children would be accepted to desegregate schools. And so therefore, it takes the presidential action and with the guts to say that I want some of these people prosecuted. And when you start prosecuting election officials, They started prosecuting governors who know there's fraud going on in the state and stealing of money. I mean, you know, this guy, Waltz, Minnesota, protecting the Somalians who are cheating and stealing all these billions in welfare money of one kind or another. You know, payments, transfer payments, which benefit, you know, for autism or child care or whatever. That money is just all stolen. Well, when the criminals are running the system and the criminals are in charge of the Justice Department, it's going to take executive action in the president's office to clean it up, you know.

But I think there's nothing else left. I mean, we have been we wrote one hundred and ninety grievances and twenty five and maybe another thirty other things. We read it. They take state capital. Every single one said sign the Insurrection Act and let's get on with it. And I believe that actually he has signed the Insurrection Act. You don't have to. He doesn't have to. My understanding is he does not have to tell people if he signed the Insurrection Act. um but he seems to be doing things along the lines of the insurrection act when it comes to various things like uh um calling out the national guard and we saw evidence of this in oregon when governor kotex or whatever her name was wasn't going to allow him to use the oregon national guard he said that's all right i'll just use the california national guard to come in and stop things in portland and all of a sudden people said he can do that and The word kind of got out. Ultimately, he's got the ability to call up the federal troops to get them involved. Basically, an insurrection act at the highest level, which was passed after the Civil War, where the president can come in and use federal troops to make sure rights are protected. But it's going to take that kind of action when the system is this corrupt. And... I think, quite frankly, that from everything I've been seeing and what I understand, I think he's going to have to do that. I don't see any other way other than to correct it because he's got some bad actors all around him, but he does know who his good actors are. I really believe that. Mostly. More so this time than last. I mean, I'm still not convinced that Todd Blanche is not going to do anything.

I'm with you on this. Totally with you on that, yeah.

I think Todd Blanche... Pam Bondi did nothing. Cash Patel is a disappointment.

I'll tell you, if you really want to see what's happening, take a look at what's happening with the investigation of Adam Schiff. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. And we've been following that. Chris Bish is the one who did all the research on the property and everything. uh he is dead to rights they've had a number of convictions even in maryland about the same issue he has no business being in washington at this point in time and blanche was one of the guys that kind of muffed that whole thing already so i you know it but that again it's difficult to find people i think Peter Tickton you know but Peter Tickton sees he's uh i don't know if he's wants to do it i think he wants to peter peter's one general flynn and i wrote an article also recommending the president that Peter Tickin be appointed Attorney General. And of course, then they say, well, he's too old. Well, he's not too old to do the job. Peter Tickton would be the ideal Attorney General. Okay, but again, the criminals do everything they can to make sure that someone who will do the job is not appointed. The only ones they're going to let get appointed are the ones who won't do the job.

Well, I really hope that and I'm really I think we're all hopeful that something like this is going to have to happen, because here's the other problem is the the financial situation of California is just taking bigger and bigger turns in the negative. And we know this. We plan this that. What would happen with a new California? New California would come along and save old California by a financial package and all this other stuff, which is what we're certainly ready to do that and capable of doing that as a new state. Plus, you know, the other thing, too, is bringing back constitutional authority. Because right now, California is not a constitutional state. It doesn't follow the Constitution. They profess themselves to be a representative democracy. They don't even mention Article IV, Section IV, the Guarantee Clause any longer. They don't even mention that. We're not safe from invasion. We're not safe from domestic violence. And we certainly don't have a republican form of government. There's no question about that. It's a dictatorship. and so when you have a state that's so far askew and out of line with its compact agreement with the federal government the only thing left is for the federal government or for the executive to act Executive action is what is to need to be taken to fix it a lot of these states

It's going to take the prosecution of some governors, some election officials, some secretaries of state, and take prosecution of the people who let these criminal activities go on, voting and stealing money from federal programs and state programs. The state programs and federal programs are funded in order to be stolen. when you realize that we're not providing food stamps to people, we're providing food stamps to some people and the rest of it is stolen. So pretty soon the program has these, they can't even spell learning correctly on the nature of the sign that's on the learning center. And so it becomes a joke, but it isn't a joke because we become a third world country very quickly. As beautiful as California is, without laws that are respected, without the rule of law here, this thing collapses very quickly. I mean, Los Angeles has gotten to be densely occupied and it's expanded, expanded on both sides of the mountain now. We've got urban development. And the city needs strong law enforcement and needs strong judicial authority. But when the judges release the criminals on the streets, the judges side with the criminals as being the victims, you know, you have nothing here. And we've got to get beyond this idea that the Democrats own the black vote and they own the Hispanic vote. They don't because the Hispanic people and the blacks that are supporting the Democratic Party are likely only just being used.

One of the things that we've discovered in the New California State Movement is that you can't use traditional any longer here because of the way that the people have been selecting about the way it's been bastardized and set up so that the cartels run the elections and everything um is that there is there there's no discrimination between race and equivalencies in fact very conservative it's very red it is not blue right except for the cities along on the coast well this necessarily along the coast that it's along that some of the city centers the urban highly urbanized yes but even them they they turn out for a proper vote it's not Thank you. Yes, I've been working on this, Steve, since the second inauguration with Peter Tickton. T-I-C-K-T-I-N is Donald Trump's personal attorney. Peter and President Trump have known each other since they were about fifteen years old. They went to military academy together. And basically, we found overwhelming evidence that their algorithms codes in the State Board of Election databases that permit the creation of millions of false records, modified duplicates that can be then hidden in the database and pulled out and mail in ballot fraud.

That's how the Democrats have been winning elections. So a national security emergency, yes. There's ample evidence of foreign nations have interfered in the twenty twenty election and subsequently There's ample evidence of massive, the evidence is actually legion of voter fraud, and it largely stems around the mail-in ballot fraud. You saw it in California with the extended days of counting. So what President Trump realizes is that we've been in a coup d'etat. from not the Democratic Party. The Democratic Party is dead. This is a Democratic Socialist Party, which is really a party, a revolutionary party. They've gone beyond neo-Marxism and cultural Maoism and anarchy. Now they actually want to destroy the country. And they're out there openly embracing anti-Semitism, embracing our enemies and the radical Islamic terrorist world.

And crazy ideas of now changing the sex of children so children who now reach the age of puberty get sexually mutilated and can never have children themselves. I mean the ideas are incredible. What Donald Trump knows is that if he does not change the rules with an executive emergency order that we will have only citizens voting, voter ID required, paper balloting, mail-in ballots eliminated from this overall general mail-in ballot back to the absentee ballot system, and no computers used to count the votes. if the democrats don't care any longer the democratic socialists they'll lie they'll cheat they'll steal they intend to steal the election and the plan is that once the democratic socialists get in charge of the house and senate they'll impeach simultaneously president trump and vice president vance they'll remove them from office in the senate they'll charge them with treason through the department of justice and they'll put hakeem jeffries in as president That's the plan.

And Donald Trump knows that the survival of the republic depends on a presidential executive order, which cannot be challenged in the courts to require two thirds vote in the House and Senate to overturn.

If Donald Trump needed to, he can bring in the National Guard, as he had to do in Washington, D.C., to clean the streets in order to take any state that refuses to cooperate and make sure their elections are held according to these rules. And that we've been working on. I've been working on that for two years. And it's the only solution possible here. Otherwise, this will be the last election we may ever have.
