Fresno, CA.- Reports are coming in from Fresno, CA that the California Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Fresno Police on November 16, 2022 raided the home and arrested at gunpoint “Oreo Express” Josh Fulfer and his entire family including his 2 year old child, without a warrant claiming the arrest was “in the name of justice”.
It is our understanding The Fresno County Sheriff’s Department was unaware of the actions by the California State Department of Justice and their “joint” actions with the Fresno Police Department. The Fresno County Sheriff is MARGARET A. MIMS and is a very well known Constitutional Sheriff in California and nationally.
