Wednesday November 2, 2022 the Orange County Board of Supervisors attempted to pass a resolution about a health issue regarding the RSV virus known as the “common cold” that would once again result in mandatory lockdowns for the residences of Orange County. Los Angeles and San Diego counties had already passed similar resolutions the week before. The resolutions were set up as advance requests for the Governor to then issue a proclamation.
