Not since the state split in 1861 of West Virginia from Virginia has there been such a large number of Americans meeting in one room at one time to discuss the formation a new state in order to make a ‘more perfect union’. Perhaps one of the most important events in a troubled U.S. history took place in a small town called Live Oak, in a protestant church with over 600 people from 21 California counties who convened to form a more perfect union with the new State of Jefferson. Paul explains the importance of this date with all the delegates and the responsibility they have just just for being in the room as it relates to the one world order and the creation of the 51st State of Jefferson.
