Updated: Election Fraud “Self” Exposed in California by California’s SoS is Now Exposed in Shasta County

Update: A new report out shows massive voter fraud in Shasta County during the June 7, 2022 California State Primary Election. The report “SHASTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA 2022 PRIMARY ELECTION FINDINGS AND OBSERVATIONS By Jeffrey O’Donnell, CIO, Ordros Analytics July 10th, 2022.
From the “SUMMARY” O’Donnell writes: “On June 7th, 2022, the state of California held its primary elections. Examination of several of the published results for races held in Shasta County has revealed potentially serious questions and evidence of anomalies which should be fully investigated before the results are certified”.
There were two races that have come under scrutiny by O’Donnell the DISTRICT ATTORNEY RACE ANOMALIES and the COUNTY CLERK RACE ANOMALIES.
In O’Donnell”s final “SUMMARY” he states: “Based upon these findings and observations, it is my expert opinion that there is sufficient evidence to warrant a delay in the certification of the election results until the following steps can be completed:
- A hand recount of all ballots in the county
- A canvass of selected precincts
- A forensic evaluation of the Dominion Election Management Server in
order to determine if unauthorized manipulation occurred. - An evaluation of the ICE and ICC tabulator “slog”s.
- An evaluation of the county’s Voter Roll/Voter History before and after the primary election.

Is Weber Attempting to get out in front of the Massive Voter Fraud She and Prior SoS Alex Padilla Committed?
Prior to the run up of the June 7, 2022 California primary election “County Clerk/Registrar of Voters (CC/ROV) Memorandum # 22131” was issued on June 3, 2022 by California Secretary of State Shirley Weber which confirmed what President Tump and millions of his supporters had known happened on November 3, 2020 there was massive national voter fraud.
Citing a “Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) recently released an advisory regarding the ImageCast X (ICX) component of the Dominion Democracy Suite Voting System Version 5.5A” the Weber memorandum states: “CISA identifies vulnerabilities with the ICX, that would require bad actors to have physical access to the individual devices, access to the Election Management System (EMS), or the ability to modify election files prior to them being uploaded to the ICX, to exploit such vulnerabilities.
“Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) touts itself as a governmental organization that “works with partners to defend against today’s threats and collaborates to build a more secure and resilient infrastructure for the future”.
So why the advisory now just before the June 7, 2022 California Primary?
Narrative, Bad Actors, Exploiting Vulnerabilities
Several reasons come to mind but the most looked at has to be the current narrative from the manufacturers of the systems and their “vulnerabilities” to tabulate and count the votes in the elections. To make matters worse there are actual “bad actors” behind such “possible exploitation”.
Here are few fast facts for those in the Weber camp and those in “There’s No Fraud in the “perfect” California Election system so no need to look at the facts camp.
Facts:
The internet exists and the public can do their own research on past, present and future elections. Simple use of the net discloses mountains of evidence for those who do their homework. (Those with math backgrounds can easily see the formulas at work in most past elections.).
The alternative news which does deep resourcing into voter fraud issues has developed alternative news sources to mainstream media which over the years is now seen as nothing more than a propaganda apparatus for “bad actors”.
For the first time in American history there have been extensive hearings by numerous state legislatures into the November 3, 2020 election that have been exposed by experts, citizens, politicians and even employees of the companies mentioned in the memo provide a treasure trove of election fraud.
The resistance by state, local and federal officials to deny just simple audits of most of the states election results is another clue. Yet where there have been audits where massive voter fraud has been unearthed. The clue is now deep suspicion among the public yet denial of any problem by government officials.
Major Lies Exposed:
This advisory was in response to vulnerabilities reported to CISA by J. Alex Halderman, University of Michigan and Dre Springall, Auburn University.
All the companies in the advisory have been for years stating the machines are not connected to the internet. This is a lie and Weber perpetuates the lie when in her advisory on page 3 item 4 she states:
- Ensure that ImageCast X and the Election Management System (EMS) are not connected to any external (i.e., Internet accessible) networks.
• Pursuant to Elections Code Section 19205, no part of a voting system
shall be connected to the internet at any time. Our testing verifies that
systems do not connect or have the capability to connect to the internet.
