Gavin Newsom Declared California a ‘Nation-State’

By Paul Preston, AENN

The state is at odds with the federal government over coronavirus plans and much else.

In an April 9, 2020 article by Francis Wilkinson,  who writes editorials on politics and U.S. domestic policy for Bloomberg Opinion made some major points about the state of California and the efforts of Governor Newsom to succeed from the United States.

California this week declared its independence from the federal government’s feeble efforts to fight Covid-19 — and perhaps from a bit more. The consequences for the fight against the pandemic are almost certainly positive. The implications for the brewing civil war between Trumpism and America’s budding 21st-century majority, embodied by California’s multiracial liberal electorate, are less clear.

Speaking on MSNBC, Governor Gavin Newsom said that he would use the bulk purchasing power of California “as a nation-state” to acquire the hospital supplies that the federal government has failed to provide. If all goes according to plan, Newsom said, California might even “export some of those supplies to states in need.”

Newsom is accomplishing a few things here, with what can only be a deliberate lack of subtlety. First and foremost, he is trying to relieve the shortage of personal protective equipment — a crisis the White House has proved incapable of remedying. Details are a little fuzzy, but Newsom, according to news reports, has organized multiple suppliers to deliver roughly 200 million masks monthly.

Second, Newsom is kicking sand in the face of President Donald Trump after Newsom’s previous flattery — the coin of the White House realm — failed to produce results. If Trump can’t manage to deliver supplies, there’s no point in Newsom continuing the charade.

Third, and this may be the most enduring effect, Newsom is sending a powerful message to both political parties. So far, the Republican Party’s war on democratic valuesinstitutions and laws has been a largely one-sided affair, with the GOP assaulting and the Democratic Party defending. The lethal ruling this week by the U.S. Supreme Court’s Republican bloc, which required Wisconsin residents to vote in person during a pandemic that shut down polling stations, is a preview of the fall campaign. The GOP intends to restrict vote-by-mail and other legitimate enfranchisement to suppress turnout amid fear, uncertainty and disease.

At some point this civil war by other means, with the goal of enshrining GOP minority rule, will provoke a Democratic counteroffensive. Newsom, leader of the nation’s largest state, is perhaps accelerating that response, shaking Democrats out of denial and putting Republicans on notice. California, an economic behemoth whose taxpayers account for 15% of individual contributions to the U.S. Treasury, is now toning up at muscle beach.”

Since the April 9, 2020 article much has transpired in the California succession movement by Newson and his globalist buddies including the fraudulent November 3, 2020 election, the recall and subsequent fraudulent voter of September 14, 2021, the major economic downturn, the loss of $160 billion EDD dollars the state cannot account for and now the state in default attempting to extort every dime it can from its citizens by putting the state’s default on the people back.

Now people will look at these issues and say how awful for the people of the state of California. But wait it gets worse! The state is default of its contract with the Union of States called the United States of America. Every state in order to be a state must abide by its contract with their constitution with the United States. Failure to do so amounts to a breach of their contract and puts them in default of Article IV, Section 4 and Article VI of the Constitution.

Article IV, Section 4

Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature , or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

Article VI

This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.

All debts contracted and engagements entered into, before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.

New California State on December 1, 2021 declared California State in default “CALIFORNIA REMEMBRANCE DAY DECEMBER 1, 2021: DEATH OF CALIFORNIA STATE” then again on December 14, 2021 in Grievance 86, Chapter II, declared California in “CONSTITUTIONAL DEFAULT.

Will the Congress declare California in Constitutional Default? Is the plan for California to leave the Union and become its own country? Or is it time for New California to save the Union by becoming the 51st State?
