State officials thrown off the property at Apple Bistrow

On February 26, 2021 the owners of Apple Bistro in Placerville, CA were forced to remove California state officials from the property where they operate their business. The officials fully masked included two uniformed California Highway patrol officers were from Cal/OSHA. The officials were asked several times to remove their masks while on the property but they refused. The owners confronted the officials and told them to leave the property several times. The officials reluctantly left the property after being threatened with $100,000 fines.

This not the first time Cal/OSHA and the Highway Patrol have attempted access to the Apple Bistro. Back in September 2020 there was another attempt by officials to enter the property but they were also told to leave the property. See video below.
