Westminster, CA Joins the Growing List of Cities Against Sanctuary State

After hours of public comment the city of Westminster, CA joined a growing list of cities and counties that are standing against California’s SB 54 the ‘Families Values Act’ known as Sanctuary State. The night before the cities of Orange and Newport Beach also passed resolutions against SB 54. There are several cities and counties that have taken a stand against SB 54 including the cities of Los Alamitos, Escondido, Aliso Viejo, Orange County, Shasta County and Tehama County. The list of counties and municipalities is growing as more people are attempting to stop governor Brown from snubbing his nose at Article VI Clause 2 of the U.S. Consititution known as the Supremacy Clause.
