New California released the second of 40 Grievances against the government of California. From four locations in California the grievance was read from the court house steps. Sutter, Contra Costa and San Joaquin counties from last week stayed to read the second grievance but Riverside County in Southern California joined. Each week new counties from the counties that have joined the New California State movement will be added.
