ReSTORED CALIFORNIA STATE 5th CONSITUTIONAL CONVENTION: ROSEVILLE, CA MAY 14, 2026

New California State is sponsoring the 5th Constitutional Convention for the ReStored government of California. The Convention will be held at the Placer County Veterans Hall in Roseville, CA for one day only. This is an importnt convention for ReStored California as the last of the "Proclamations" will be voted upon.

New California will be signing Proclamations and Bills necessary to be signed before statehood.
