Redding, CA---The REORGANIZED CALIFORNIA STATE held THEIR 4th Constitutional convention this last weekend in Redding. There were representatives from San Diego, Ventura, San Luis Obispo, Concord, Marin, Butte, Shasta, Glenn, Colusa, Sutter, Yuba, Trinity, Orange, Los Angeles, Kern, Merced, Sacramento, Placer and many more counties throughout the north to the south and the east to the west coast of California!

ReOrganized California State is the conduit for the application for the Great State of NEW CALIFORNIA to become the 51st state of the United States of America.
At the end of the convention, the Reorganized California legislature convened. They were sworn in, and three ordinances were submitted and read. The ordinances were the justification for the vote on the request of congress by New New California to become the 51st State. They passed with unanimous consent:
Ordinance 24-01 – The State Of California Insurrection Against The United States
Constitution
Ordinance 24-02 – The State Of California Secession From the United States of America
Ordinance 24-03 – The State Of California Slave Trading Violations Of California State Constitution 1849 Article 1, Section 18 And The United States Constitution 13th Amendment.

The Secretary of State for NEW CALIFORNIA, Liz Richie, presented individual resolutions to the ReOrganized California Senate and Assembly to the Secretary of State of ReOrganized California, Gretchen Ricker, requesting The Great State of New California be the 51st state of the Union of States be approved and forwarded to President Trump and the Speaker of the House Mike Johnson. By a roll call vote both the Senate and Assembly voted unanimously to approve the resolutions.
The conclusion of the meeting ended with everyone present joyfully gathering and singing God Bless America.
This Sunday, February 1, there will be a Glenn County Chapter meeting at Round Table in Orland from 5:00-6:30. We will be hosting a multi-county Town Hall meeting with information on New California and to answer questions on Sunday, February 15, at Hamilton High School from 3:00-4:30.
