New California State: Call for Federal Investigation

Yuba City, CA --Since December 24, 2025 five members of New California State have died under unusual circumstances.  A close examination of the records indicate several of the thirteen individuals have identical causes of death. Strong circumstantial information from witnesses and others concerned strongly suggest the 13 deaths listed below may in fact been related and deliberate.

Stephanie Ruscigno, Assembly, Sutter County, New California State, Deceased

Ruth Haring, President, California State State, Butte County, Deceased

Call for further federal investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice and the FBI into the deaths of the following:

Dr. Dan Anderson, Senator, Placer County, New California State 

Scott Bennett, Senator, Contra Costa County, New California State 

Paul Taylor, Senator, Alameda County, New California State
