Marysville Police Chief Christian Sachs told reporters about the shooting death of Marysville Police Officer Osmar Rodarte: “There's just an overwhelming amount of support from, like I said, our by county region, all of our local law enforcement partners. Our office to probation, I mean, everybody's just been, I mean, super amazing.
And we're very grateful for them to help us get through this time here in this community? And do you have a sense of which way it's trending with operations like these to enforce the law?

And we're not going to stop giving up the fight to taking up our streets to make our communities safer.
And maybe I shouldn't say this, but I'll be completely transparent with you. It starts at our legislature and the broken system.
If we had a better system in place, if there was better legislation at the Capitol and instead of some of the bills and stuff that we see come down the line that are
absolutely ridiculous...."
