JOE HOFT: URGENT LETTER TO PRESIDENT TRUMP FROM NEW CALIFORNIA STATE

In a letter from Paul Preston, New California State’s Governor Pro Tempore to President Trump, declares the State of California is in urgent need of an intervention from the Federal Government.

The situation on every aspect of governance is void of any adherence to the Constitution. California has now devolved into a democratic totalitarian dictatorship from a republican form of government, which is a basic guarantee found in Article IV, Section Four of the U.S. Constitution and the 1849 California State “Compact” Constitution.

The Letter states:

“Californians have endured the full fury of the totalitarian government of the state of California. We have seen our families and friends murdered, financially and morally bankrupted, our children raped, stolen, trafficked, and genitally mutilated by our own state government.  Our businesses, industries, and homes were destroyed, and there was massive crime and invasion by millions of cartel and military-aged men over the last 25 years.  No other state in the Union has seen so much destruction.

Yet some citizens are standing their ground and making every attempt to maintain California’s state Compact status and create the New California State, which offers all the requirements of the Guarantee Clause Article IV, Section Four of the United States Constitution: republican form of government, freedom from invasion, and freedom from domestic violence.

“Betrayal by the sitting pusillanimous socialist governor/dictator of California, progressives, the mono-party legislature and local elected officials is evidence of “Abdication of their Responsibilities of Authority and Sovereignty” over the Citizens of the United States living in California State. The State of California has Abdicated in fact. There is no government of California. In 1879 California formed a corporation” doing business as the state of California. There is no actual government of California. The leaders are just actors standing in place; you have agents standing in place without the authority of the Citizens of California.

In addition, they have abandoned the United States’ and California’s original Constitutions. Most egregious of all, California leaders abandoned the original act of cession of 1850 with the United States Congress, and it is a breach of the compact. While the State of California remains in the Union, the Government is not Constitutional as approved in 1849 by Congress. This “breach” of the compact is in direct violation of Article IV, Section four, and Article VI of the United States Constitution. California is now in non-state status.”

California, as a state in the Union, must provide the elements of Article IV, Section Four, and stop further abandonment of the original act of cession in order not to be in breach of the 1850 Compact with Congress.

It was evident to the world that the government of California had failed and violated Article IV, Section Four, thus breaching its Constitutional responsibilities.  This breach of the 1850 Compact necessitates swift Executive action to preserve the Union.  This is not hype; it is a Constitutional fact requiring Executive action.

Elections in our Country are essential for a republican form of government.  Today, we do not have free or fair elections; we have selections orchestrated with the help of the Communist Chinese, ruthless Cartels, along with numerous state and foreign bad actors.

California state elections are being conducted by these actors with the assistance of various seditionist, insurrectionist political opposition leaders in California and the nation who are openly committing treason against the United States Constitution.

Mr. President with all the elements of the corrupted election process in California still intact as we approach the the 2026 elections, we are setting the stages for the demise of the Union. 

Elections are the job of the states but when a state government fails to provide the elements of Article IV, Section 4 it is the right and the responsibility of the Executive (You) to step in and correct the situation.  Your right is best exercised through the Insurrection Act to allow the Citizens living in the state of California to have free and fair elections that the corrupted state government is not providing.

We must eliminate the electronic systems and implement same day voting using paper ballots, voter id, proof of citizenship, residency and same day results.

Attached is a synopsis of the corrupted election system of California that perhaps you have not known about.  What is presented in the synopsis is actual evidence of the fraudulent election system conducted by California government officials.

The time is now for you to act to protect “We the People” and save our Union of States we know as the United States of America. It is your Sacred Duty.”
