Did Salud Carbajal Really Win California's 24th District in 2024? Does He have Blood on His Hands?

California Congressman Salud (D 24) has jumped into the "ICE" pond with both feet in an attempt to disrupt a legal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) criminal search warrant at a marijuana grower in Carpinteria, CA on Thursday July 10, 2025 .

"Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has revealed that Rep. Salud Carbajal (D-CA) was “part of a violent mob of protestors attempting to obstruct federal law enforcement as they executed a criminal search warrant at a marijuana facility” and that he doxxed an ICE agent by handing the individual’s business card to members of the violent group. 

According to ICE, the doxxed agent was also “left bloody” after the mob hurled rocks at agents who were doing their job.

The officers were conducting criminal warrant operations at a marijuana farms operated by the Glass House Brands Inc. in Carpinteria and Camarillo when the chaos unfolded.

Carbajal claimed in an X post that ICE agents were “using unnecessarily aggressive and militarized tactics against local farm workers and peaceful protesters.”

Carbajal who has been in office since 2017 has had a checkered history in Santa Barbara County over the years with many who have been left wondering is he's even a citizen of the United States. By several indicators it appears to obtained citizenship and even served in a non combative role in the Marine Corp Reserves. but there are those who wonder how he got into the United States at an early age before he became a citizen in 1993.

Yet another issue has been brought up by many who do not understand how Carbajal could have been elected to the 24th district let alone win in 2016, 2018, 2020, 2022 and 2024.

Given California's other issues there are California corrupt elections that have little or no over site given California's heavy dependence on mail in ballots with no chain of custody, ballot harvesting, 29 days in advance of election day to vote and another 27 days to count the ballots after the election day. One has to ask what else could possibly go wrong?

The machines are programed to select candidates and not allow for a free and fair election by the use of algorithms. The use of algorithms were first made public when a Florida computer programer named Clint Curtis first formulated an algorithm that was designed to select a certain candidate in a Florida race. In the video below Clint Curtis testifies in Ohio at a Congressional Field hearing December 14, 2004 on how he designed the algorithm it can be implemented.

California's election systems have been steeped in deception and clouded with no transparency by the Counties of California.

History since the Curtis hearing shows that algorithms have been in massive use not just in United States elections but around the world. Just in the last several month the Republic of the Philippines changed their national election system because of massive irregularities with algorithms.

The algorithms in 2025 have evolved into various forms since Curtis wrote and executed his now famous 51/49 formula. The 51/49 "slight" algorithm is considered to be the most sinister of all the algorithms because its difficult to detect. Other more pronounced algorithms are far easier to see on spread sheets and provide for more votes being awarded to one candidate over an other.

In the 2024 elections in California the 51/49 algorithm developed by Clint Curtis was used to sway 3 Congressional Elections 2 Orange County and 1 in Stanislaus County, CA.

In the 2020 Presidential Election the algorithm used was the "heavy" Biden 1.30 to Trump.70.

Which means that if every ballot has a value of 1 when its put into the machine the "computer can changes its value to either 1.30 or .70. A 60% advantage to one candidate and a 60% disadvantages for another candidate. The national algorithm run in 2020 was the "heavy" Biden 1.30 to Trump.70. So for every 2000 ballots put into a machine to be counted Biden got 1,300 votes and Trump got 700 votes

We looked at Salud Carbajal's races and saw the algorithms at work in everyone. Its safe to say that without the help of theses algorithms Salud would never been elected to the 24th CA district .

But an audit of the numbers provided by the county and state and the discovery of the algorithm being used and an Actual 1-1 True Vote Count we get a different picture of the 2024 D 24 California Race.

It appears there are other issues Salud Carbajal might want to address besides DOXXing federal agents busting marijuana farms where children are used as "slave" labor. After all the blood is on hid hands.
