AGENDA 21 RADIO

When you have corrupt elections all you need to do is check to see if the person who runs the corrupt elections has properly sworn into her office. On February 10, 2021 during Black History Month Governor Gavin Newsom swore in Dr. Shirley N. Weber as California’s Secretary of State! Madam Secretary Weber as California’s first Black Secretary of State and only the fifth African American to serve as a state constitutional officer in California’s 170-year history.

There’s only one problem Weber never took the entire oath and has since her February 10, 2021 swearing in has conducted the most corupt election in the nation. These elections include the 2021 Recall election of Gavin News, the 2022 Midterm elections, numerous local elections and now the 2024 Presidential Primary Elections.

The latest is the 2024 Presidential Primary Elections in which millions of California voters have had issues ranging from multiple ballots in their names and names of others being sent to their homes to people being told they had already voted when in fact they had not. republican voters were all but disenfranchised from voting when they learned that their ballots did not have Donald Trump listed as a candidate even though they were “registered” as Republican..

Watch the Swearing in of Shirley Weber

Here is the proper oath of office. Note the green is what she stated in here oath but the yellow is the entire oath she was to take. It says it all.

Here is just a small sample FROM New California State County Chairs have received from the public.

2024 March Presidential Primary Ballot Printing Issues
By Martha Scheeler librarian@teamhopelibrary.org

?Sharleta Bassett’s candidate statement omitted website, contact and social media information on the statewide voter information guide.
o Removed her 1 st amendment right to communicate her message with voters.
o Prevented access to fund raising.
o Robbed her of perceived importance and value as a candidate.
? Sharleta Basset also received an email with pictures of a ballot in Chinese. The voter said that on the English part of the voter information guide and ballot Mrs. Bassett was designated as a Republican, but the voter said that the
Chinese text listed her as a Democrat.
? Sharleta Bassett received reports that her name was not on some ballots in Southern California.
o Her name should be on every single ballot in the state.
o This is a statewide ballot printing error.
? The cost to have a full candidate’s statement at $25/per character including spaces totaling over $7,000
disenfranchises the average citizen as they could not pay the price to run.
? January 26, 2024, Notice of Updated Ballot Designation sent from SOS to county election offices explaining a ballot printing error (and voter information guides) that was corrected on the SOS website but the ballots – in every district, every county, every party – would not be corrected.
o Christina Pascucci, candidate for United States Senator (partial term and full term) is a “Local Television Journalist” but the Ballots and the voter information guides omitted this information.
o Once again, this robbed Christina Pascucci of perceived importance and value as a candidate.
o Voters in the Los Angeles would likely recognize Ms. Pascucci as she was an anchor at KTLA but voters in other areas would not know her name without this designation.
o This is another statewide ballot printing error.
? Mendocino County Clerk, Katrina Bartolomie issues a press release that ballots were misprinted and every voter in the county was mailed the same Republican ballot for First Supervisorial District regardless of their party or their
district.
o The county decided to print replacement ballots and mail them out at the vendor’s expense.
o No explanation of how the ballots already received and scanned would be handled was given. (Once they are removed from the envelope there is no way to know if they were voting in the right district or party).
o The second printing of ballots simply had a yellow card in the envelope to identify the ballot but once the card was removed the voter would not know which copy they are voting.
o If having double the number of ballots circulating was not bad enough, when the second set of ballots was sent out a candidate for Mendocino County Supervisor was mailed a ballot for a district he no longer lived in due to the redrawing of lines after the 2020 census.
? The Registrar of Voters database was not updated to reflect the new district lines.
? There is a chance that the ballots were misprinted in every election since those lines were drawn.
? The ROV mailed another 177 ballots to those voters.

New California State is also gathering information on reports of ballot printing errors and substantial voting issues as well. It
would be worthwhile to arrange a meeting with Paul Preston. www.newcaliforniastate.com
