New California State: “Steps to Statehood” Proclamation of Statehood

New California State read four documents on the California state capitol steps as a “Public Pronouncement” of intent to appeal to the United State Congress to create a compact between the Union of States known as the United States of America and the Great State of New California.
“Affirmation, Declarations, Proclamation”
The first document read will be the 1836 Alta California Declaration of Independence from Mexico, New California Affirmation to the Union, New California State Declaration of Independence and Proclamation of Statehood.
