20 Election Hearings to Begin January 2024 Statewide in New California State

New California State Legislature conducted the first of 21 Legislative Hearing into the California state election system last Saturday in San Luis Obispo. The Hearing was the kickoff for 20 additional hearings to be conducted statewide in January 2024 and concluding in April 2024.

Training for Poll Workers/Supervisors. wrong information being given about the difference about Mail in  Precinct and provisional ballots etc”. For New California the next several months are going to be critical for the statehood effort. Coming up on the sixth anniversary of the New California State Declaration of Independence from California January 15, 2024. The movement has grown to 56 whole or portions of California’s 58 countries, established an active legislature, read 190 Grievances on the steps of the state county superior courts, conducted 12 Constitutional Conventions, written their State Constitution, sent Delegate Representatives to Washington DC and conducted 70 field hearings all up and down the state just to “listen” and give the people a voice in shaping of a new state.

New California State will conduct its first state-wide election January 27, 2024

Prior to the start of the Election Hearing the New California state staff spent 3 hours covering issues regarding Grievances and election poll training centering around the upcoming 2024 elections..

The 70th hearing was held in San Luis Obispo December 9, 2023 in Atascadero where the focus was on the upcoming election for the 2024 Presidential elections but also for the New California State elections.

New California State’s 1st Field Hearing December 3, 2020 in Shasta County hosted by Shasta County New California. This hearing was to look into election fraud during the 2020 General Election which was requested by the Citizens of Shasta County. Evidence from Shasta County Citizens from this December 3, 2020 hearing and a December 5, 2020 hearing Shasta County was used in New California State’s Lawsuit against California Governor Gavin Newsom filed December 14, 2020.

On December 6, 20243 on the New California Public Conference Call it was announced that New California will conduct a series of demonstration elections for the public to take part. The initial two election demonstrations election will start January 27, 2024 with a limited number of California’s 58 counties and then in March 2024 to all 58 counties.

Paper Ballots, Same Day Hand Counting

New California State is committed to free, fair and open elections so will conduct one day elections using paper ballots and hand counting the ballots in the 58 counties.
