The fear and paranoia on the part of the Shasta County Registrar of Voters (ROV) is looking to be a little to much! But she is the person who feared an 88 year old New California State lady who was canvasing Redding neighborhoods for election fraud last year. When the 88 year old NCS canvasser appeared at a residential door she was met by a thug and bullied by a large man who was related to registrar’s office! As best we can tell this is the source of the ROV’s paranoia.
More fear and paranoia was put on display election day when the Shasta County Sheriff’s office put up a surveillance plane that circled for more than 4 hours over the ROV’s office in Redding, CA.
