I first met Tony Roman at one of our 8th New California State Field Hearing in San Diego, CA at the Open California event. It was a well attended hearing and gave all of us on the panel a ton of information early on in the Covid crisis. The Covid Crisis was starting to mix shoulders with the election fraud NCS discovered at our first two Field Hearings in Shasta County December 3 & 5, 2020 which provided the evidence for our first election fraud law suite against Newsom et al. It was abundantly clear the two: election fraud and Covid were linked. Tony was invited to attend our 8th Constitutional Convention in San Luis Obispo but declined saying he respected what we were doing as Patriots but it wasn’t for him.
Tony is a Great American and has stood his ground against the tyranny of the state of California and the tyrant Gavin Newsom but this is a new election cycle and the state cannot have the real American Constitutional resistance Tony brings to the fight for Liberty so they took him out……for now. Tony is not the type to stop the fight for Liberty and our Constitutional Rights.
Like we in the New California State movement we have learned from our setbacks that we “Stand Our Ground”. Now the ground Tony Roman stands upon is the same ground as New California. Its Consecrated Constitutional Ground. We need ALL boots on the ground in this fight for Liberty.

Tony Roman is the owner of Basilico’s Italian Restaurant in Huntington Beach, California and he joins Stew to talk about how the government confiscated the money in his bank account.
Back during the first Pandemic instead of obeying mask mandates, Tony banned their use while at his place of business.
Instead of asking to see proof of vaccination cards, Tony only welcomed the unvaccinated at his restaurant.
Now, OSHA has raided Tony Roman’s bank account and stolen over 100K from his business.
In January of 2021, OSHA tried to enter the restaurant but Tony mocked them and refused to let them in.
Three years later he got a notice saying his bank account had a balance of zero.
OSHA officials claim they are going to attempt to steal more money from Tony Roman.
These government bureaucracies are parasites that only produce destruction.
Americans must use the heroic stand of Tony Roman as an inspiration to never back down and never surrender to the radical Left.
