SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – In the past few days CVP has held almost 30,000 migrants at its facilities, which is a far greater amount of migrants than the facilities were built for.

This is an apparent record, with the busiest facilities being at the Rio Grande Valley and El Paso in Texas.
