New California Serves Newsom Notices of State Default

New California for the first time in American history has served a sitting United States governor a Notice of Constitutional Default. The New California State movement sent a package of documents that included a letter of Constitutional Default, three Notices of Constitutional Default and 10 Notices of Truth.
The package of Default documents follows the reading of 190 Grievances over 190 weeks read on the steps of County Superior Court Houses through out California. With each week and with each Grievance read the government of the state of California failed to be responsive to the People’s concerns.
Following the Declaration of Independence by New California State on January 15, 2022 a “We the People” movement has grown and it has been strengthened over the years by 9 Consitutional Conventions and emboldened by the development of a New California State Constitution.
From the Letter:
“Mr. Newsom:
We the People of the State of California and the State of New California are giving you official notification that the State of California is in Constitutional Default of the United States Constitution and the California State Constitution of 1849 and all subsequent amendments and adoptions.”
From the Default Notices:
‘The State of California is in default and does not have constitutional standing as a member state in the union of states called the United States of America.
We the People as citizens of the United States living in California are following the process of West Virginia, that successfully restored the Virginia state government after the Wheeling Conventions of 1861.
Congress admitted California into the Compact of Statehood within the United States of America in 1850 because their Constitution, ratified for consideration, guaranteed a republican form of government.’
