A new docket entry, “Amicus brief of Paul Preston & New California State submitted.” has been added for Raland J. Brunson, Petitioner v. Alma S. Adams, et al..

Sutter County, CA-Paul Preston, the President of the New California State movement has filed an Amicus Curiae on behalf of himself and the State of New California in support of the Brunson case that will be heard before the United States Supreme Court January 6, 2023. The hearing is set to determine if there shall be a full hearing before the Supreme Court. At the January 6, 2023 hearing four of the nine judges will be needed to vote to move the case on to a full hearing.

Rayland Brunson who, together with his brothers, filed the court case that was accepted by the supreme court against 388 members of the House of Representatives and Senate.

The Brunson Brothers are suing the members of Congress, Vice President Pence, the resident Biden and Kamala Harris of dereliction of duty by not honoring their Oaths of Office and a breech of national security.

Congress refused to investigate the possible election interference and fraud. They are maintaining the Congress members have violated their oath of office. They want the immunity to be stripped from these representatives who have violated their oath of office. If the court agrees, these individuals can be removed from their office and not allowed to take office ever again, 388 members of Congress, Pence, Biden and Harris.

There will also be Amicus filed on behalf of New Illinois and the New Nevada State’s in the next day.
