NEW ARIZONA: WHO DO THINK WILL BE THE GOVERNOR?

AENN

Now that the “selection” process has carried out in Arizona where the corrupt election system teamed up with the corrupt judicial system to ignore the will of We the People we can all take a deep breath and look at our options.

Arizona affects the entire nation so take an even deeper breath than usual as the consequences of the 2022 Arizona elections will lead to this nation’s destruction before 2024 reaches the primaries if there are no remedies .

So what are some the remedies? Civil War? No the Founding Fathers knew there may be times such as these and they included in the 1787-89 U.S. Constitution Article IV, Section 3 which states:

Article IV, Section III states: “New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union; but no new State shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or Parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress.”

“There are few controversies around the “New States Clause” of Article IV, Section 3 but there are a few as we see with Adam Shelton who brings a view to the state split question that was considered at the time of the 1861 West Virginia”.

But the admission of a new state would only require a simple majority in Congress and the President’s signature. This is a much easier process, a process that actually has potential to “democratize” the Senate. Whether the desire to democratize the Senate is good or bad, it is not clear that such a move would be Constitutional. In the end, like most contested Constitutional (and statutory) interpretation questions, it comes down to the grammar and history. Get ready for both”.

Here is the essential question every American should ask about what the Founding Fathers intended for Article IV, Section 3: Will We the People rise up to create another New Florida? But will We the People rise up to create a New California?

There are New California State, New Illinois and New Nevada movements up and running right now with New New York, New Oregon and New Washington to follow but no New Florida movements. Its time for New Arizona State.
