Kari Lake and her attorneys appeared in court Thursday for day two of her historic election contest trial against Maricopa County and Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs.

Thesecond day of the trial on Thursday lasted from 8:30 MST to 4:30 MST.

The Gateway Pundit reported on day one of Kari Lake’s election trial live from Mesa, Arizona, where we witnessed bombshell testimony from cybersecurity expert Clay Parikh, election investigator Heather Honey, a Maricopa County whistleblower, and RNC roving attorney Mark Sonnenklar.

Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer and Election Director Scott Jarrett were also called to the stand to be examined and cross-examined by attorneys for Kari Lake and Maricopa County.

On Day 2 of the trial, Arizona elections Director Scott Jarrett admitted in court that the printer settings in the voting centers were switched on Election Day. This caused the ballots not to process. Tens of thousands of Arizona citizens were denied their right to vote or were then forced to wait in line for over four hours.

This is election interference.

Over 72% of Election Day voters were Republican voters. Only 17% were Democrat voters.

Following Scott Jarrett’s testimony, TGP’s Jordan Conradson and RAV’s Ben Bergquam confronted Jarrett and asked him if he was lying in court on Thursday or if he lied to authorities in 2020.

Ben Bergquam told The War Room on Friday of Jarrett’s possible perjury to the court.

Ben Bergquam:  Let me back up first.  On day one, he was asked by Kurt Olson, what would you say if you heard that 19-inch ballot images were printed on 20-inch ballot ballots? And he said, that wouldn’t happen. That couldn’t happen. And later on, he said, it would have been a failure. He was asked, would that be a failure by Maricopa elections officials? And he said, well, that would be a mistake, but it wouldn’t happen.  It couldn’t happen. On day two, clearly he had been coached.  He came in and started talking about these “fit to print, shrink to fit, fit to page,” all of these different terms…  and the excuse for why this happened, the thing that he said couldn’t have happened the day before.”

It appears Maricopa County Elections Director Scott Jarrett appears to have lied on the stand during the 2-day hearing.
