READING: STATE OF CALIFORNIA’S CONSTITUTIONAL DEFAULT: 2ND NOTIFICATION
New California State will be reading the 2nd of two Constitutional Notices of Default Monday December 5, 2022 at the California State capital in Sacramento, CA at 11:00 am on the west side of the capital building.Contact: Paul Preston, (530) 632-9786

New California State is a new state in development forming from the State of California.The reading of the 2nd Constitutional Default of the State of California is the last in a series Notifications of Public Grievances read in the public square by the New California State over a 200 week period since Declaring Independence from the State of California January 15, 2018. The Notifications of Public Grievances include 190 Grievances, 10 Notices of Truth and 2 Notices of Constitutional Default. STATE OF CALIFORNIA’S CONSTITUTIONAL DEFAULT 2ND NOTIFICATION will be the last Public Notification per Article IV, Section 3 and Section 4 of the United State Constitution.
New California State is exercising its God Given Rights as declared in the 1776 United States Declaration of Independence and as ratified in the 1789 United States Constitution under Article IV Sections 3 & 4.New California is the making of a new state just like 50 other states have been formed to make a Union of States known as the United States of America.Copies of the 2nd Default Notifications will be made available at the Website: www.newcaliforniastate.com after 3:00 pm pst Saturday December 3, 2022.
