The march for New California statehood is in full throttle as the 51st state follows Article IV, Sections 3 & 4 of the U.S. Constitution. Following the formation of the Reorganized California Government the New Californians made their petition to the Reorganized Senate and Assembly as required by the Constitution.

The petitions for both houses were approved and the appropriate “Resolutions” will be written up for New California to proceed to congress. These events will be occurring this week as the elements of the statehood process are playing out following the events that led up to West Virginia’s statehood entry into congress.

The week will be very busy with many New California events such as the Reading of the 10th Declaration of Truth and the 2nd Declaration of Default by the state. These last two documents will complete the public pleadings by the New Californians who First Declared Independence January 15, 2018 and read 190 Grievance in the public square for 190 weeks then followed that with 10 Declarations of Truth and 2 Default Notices. The final Default Notice will be read December 2, 2022 at 11:00 am at the state Capital in Sacramento, CA.
