DECLARATION OF DISLOYALTY
We the People of California cannot rely upon a legal and just election system in the State of California which is supported by overwhelming evidence of fraudulent elections that has destroyed our republican form of government. To be sure the California State Legislature whose duty it is to legislate and insure and conduct free and fair elections has worked in conjunction with the State executive and instituted wherever their usurped power extends, a reign of terror intended to suppress the free expression of the Will of the People, making elections a mockery and a fraud. The evidence of disloyalty to the United State Constitution is obvious. Therefore the California State Legislature has no constitutional authority to conduct negotiations with We the People of California.
