DeSantis, Abbott Sent California Default by New California State

New California sends both Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida and Governor Greg Abbott copies of their Constitutional Default of the State of California issued on September 9, 2022.
“In our quest for statehood we issued a notification of Constitutional Default of the State of California on September 9, 2022 on the steps of the state capital. We then issued an electronic form of the Default notification to Gavin Newsom on September 22, 2022. Today we start the electronic notification of Constitutional Default of the State of California to the Governors of the remaining 49 states” stated Paul Preston, President of the New California State movement.
“Its critical that the other governors of the Union of States be notified that “We the People” of California and New California State have determined and passed legislation in the NCS Senate and Assembly declaring that the State of California’s government is not living up to its constitutional responsibilities found in the U.S. Constitution Article IV, Section 4.
California State fails in all elements of Article IV, Section 4 which demands the three fundamental rights: 1. A republican form of government, 2. Freedom from invasion, and 3. Freedom from domestic violence’ stated Preston.

The New California State Legislature on September 5, 2022 passed JR22-11 “A Resolution from the Citizens of the State of California to Establish a Restored Government of California” . September 9, 2022 on the Steps of the California State Capital a “Declaration of Constitutional Default” was read in public. On September 22, 2022 Gavin Newsom was served the “Constitutional Default” notification via e-mail.
