New California State Claims California State Government is Unconstitutional

The State of California is no longer upholding the basics of responsible government for the U. S. Citizens residing within California”s borders.
The State of California was brought into the Union of States on November 9, 1850 with the California Constitution written in San Jose in 1849. One of the key elements that is cited in the Act for Admission that brought California into the Union thus creating a compact with the rest of the 30 other states and the federal government was the 1849 California Constitution which was “on due examination, is found to be republican in its form of government.”

Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution requires all states to provide the Citizens living in the state three key rights.
- A republican form of government.
2. Freedom from invasion.
3 Freedom from domestic violence.
Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature , or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”
