We cannot release the entire letter at this time but we can release the paraphrased portion of the letter’s 1st paragraph. New California State sent as of today April 5, 2022, the entire letter to all 58 County Clerk Recorders in California State.
The State of California is officially on “NOTICE”.
From the letter:
“Re: Notice to Preserve Paper and Electronic Evidence. New California State Movement.”
“Robert Thomas esq represents the New California State Movement in the statistical anomalies found in ballot tabulations in the November, 2020 General Election and the recent 2021 Recall Election in which your county clerk’s office is the repository of all ballots and electronic records of vote tabulations.
This letter requests your immediate action to preserve all paper ballots without respect to how those ballots were generated, and all electronically stored information that may contain evidence important to the full forensic audit and verification of the accuracy of all vote tallies in the above-mentioned elections.
Briefly, the New California State Movement intends to conduct a full forensic audit of these votes in both elections.”
