10 BAD BILLS

Are you aware of the “No Jab, No Job” Bill in California or the other 10 plus bad bills?

THE CALIFORNIA MONSTERS AT IT AGAIN

Hi Friends,
This is critical information about 10+ upcoming bills that could require covid injections for all employees in California along with multiple other egregious requirements.  See what is written below, follow links, and note that the attachment summarizes the bills in both English and Spanish.  It is important to learn about these 10 bills and action is needed in the next two weeks to counteract them.  I just learned tonight that AB 1993 will be heard on this Wednesday, 3/30/22 at 1:30 p.m.  There are requests that people call first thing at 1:30 p.m. in opposition to AB 1993 as this bill will be first on the agenda during that session.  Unfortunately, they won’t be releasing the number to call until Wednesday morning.  Please see more information below and help reach out and let others know.  It is time for us all to let our voices be heard.  I wish I had more details, but this is all I have right now.
Blessings,Kim

Good Morning,
DON’T GLAZE OVER. This is a critically important email and worth the read.
We wanted to send you a few resources, we being members of the various committees that have been working hard to draft position letters for Legislation and to push back in our focused areas whether School District, County Board of Supervisors, City Council or the State.

The bills in the Legislature are so bad though, that people across committees are putting heads together to flush out talking points as we send in position letters. What we have found is there is a targeted approach to make it virtually impossible for anyone to work or get an education in the state of California come January 2023, if an individual has not accepted the Covid19 injection. Additionally, there is a bill that would convert Law Enforcement to enforcers of Public Health Orders and defund them if they refuse. The list is long. Please read it via the attached document.

For those unaware, when a Bill is introduced, it first moves through Committees that are assigned based on the subject matter of the Bill so Labor, Judiciary, Education, Health, etc. A bill can be heard in 1 committee or more… We are currently tracking 15 BAD bills and 8 GOOD bills. We are still scouring the legislation to see if there are more that need our attention. If a bill clears all the assigned committees, it moves to the floor for a vote so the Assembly or Senate. If it passes, it goes to the next house which assigns it to their committees before it goes to their floor for a vote. If it clears both houses then it goes to the Governor to be signed into law or if specified within the bill, to the ballot for us to vote on (that is rare).

We ask that you not sit back and see what happens with these. Bills can be killed in Committee but without people calling and emailing in, they’ll fly through. Sometimes they’ll fly through anyway with our Supermajority but these bills are so bad that we have to give this everything we’ve got. It takes 20 to 30 minutes to call each of your representatives. Attached is a form San Joaquin Liberty Coalition was kind enough to share with us, that we added phone numbers to for representatives that cover Sacramento County. Please use it as an aid to educate yourself on the bills, to call, and PLEASE print out copies to pass out to your friends, family, church congregations and more.

If you speak Russian, Vietnamese, Mandarin or Punjabi, we are wanting this letter translated for those communities as well. Please respond if you or someone you know can do that for us.

Otherwise, here are the 4 position letters we have sent off so far. We’ll be cranking out more over the next few weeks so they are in for the Committee Hearings. They are being loaded to Facebook and Telegram as we complete them. They’ll go out by email much more slowly. You are free to email a copy to your Assembly and Senate representatives or to share these with friends as well, to not just tell them about the bill but give them insight into why people Oppose or Support the bill.

Oh! At our meeting last Sunday we voted on a new logo, you’ll see it in the letters. This was designed by Briggs Wayco, Board member of Stand Up Santa Barbara (no relation to our group but we communicate often).
That is the end of this LONG email. If you want to help on the back end with creating position letters, joining a committee or helping translate documents to expand our reach, please reply.
For everyone though, have a great weekend and please don’t stop fighting back in every legal way possible.
Gabrielle
