CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR ROLLED OUT THE 2022-2023 CALIFORNIA STATE BUDGET
The new budget for 2022-2023 was introduced by California Governor Gavin Newsom in a rambling three hour presentation to a few hand picked reporters Monday and said a budget surplus of over $40 billion dollars was expected. The governor failed to mention that the surplus he was projecting was just a “budget number” with no real cash flow projections for the year. Minor problem.
