New California State Grievance 83, Chapter II of the Declaration of Independence Process for the 51st State in the Union of Staes we call the United States of America.

New California Declaration of Independence of
January 15, 2018 states:
“Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government.
Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience has shown mankind is more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
However when a long train of abuses and acts to seize and hold the people’s power without legal authority and pursuing invariably the same Object that clearly demonstrates a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their RIGHT, it is their DUTY, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
In 2021 the pretenders to elected offices speak in unison, demanding lockstep obedience to transhuman vaccine protocols that apply to all, even children who have zero risk of contracting Covid, and those who have already recovered, and acquired the antibodies, which are more robust and organic than any form of artificial intervention, such as the dubious Covid “vaccines”.
Although the criminal politicians, provide cover and protect their Big Pharma lords, it is now common knowledge that the “vaccines” area transhuman technology, such as that promoted by Klaus Schwab, and New World Order ally Bill Gates.
THERE IS NO SCIENCE THAT SUPPORTS CONTINUED COMPLIANCE WITH VACCINE MANDATES AND GUIDELINES
REAL SCIENCE acknowledges vaccine deaths. REAL SCIENCE acknowledges vaccine injuries. Real science is not driven by an agenda. New Californians want their lives back, and they know that continued obedience to the likes of Newsom and his cronies is not going to give them their lives back.
MANDATORY VACCINES IN CALIFORNIA ARE AN OBEDIENCE RITUAL, A LOYALTY OATH, AND AN ACT OF WORSHIP OF THE STATE, WHICH NEW CALIFORNIANS REJECT!
Masking and gene editing associated with the forced medical orders are detrimental and dangerous to our health and the health of our children.
The mandate of these transhuman “vaccines” is a war against humanity. It is a war against human beings. They have declared war human beings, who adhere to the design and organic function that are inherent in our creation BY OUR CREATOR. Indeed, they have made it illegal to be organically human.
Such a war, conducted against We the People, must be met with resolve and an unrelenting vigorous defense.
In the New California City of San Diego there is a call for the City Police to not take the vaccine as being mandated by the mayor. The mayor is mandating all San Diego Police take the jab by December 1, 2021 or resign.
Well over 40% of the force refuses to take the death jab and are wildly supported by the people of San Diego. In a rally over the weekend one speaker asked the Police to not turn in their guns and badges but to use the power of their Constitutional Authority to use their guns and badges to arrest the mayor for violations of his oath of office.
Its a criminal felony offense for an elected official such as a mayor to violate their oath of office. The “mandating” and use of a threat to take their jobs is a crime. It appears the mayor has violated his oath of office.
New California State is calling all those to rally behind our call to Statehood and Independence from these elected and unelected usurping tyrants who have attacked the very nature and essence of what it means to be human. WE WILL NOT SUBMIT TO MANDATES. WE WILL NOT COMPLY.
In New California, we echo the thoughts, convictions, principles, and ideas of the Founders of the United States of America. We will retain our humanity, our natural and unalienable rights, and our autonomy, free from the shackles of slavery to any form of government,
The coordinated design with the intent to actively engage in “Acts of Insurrection” against the U.S. Constitution” has become the “pandemic” in the Union of States we call the United States of America that must be stopped in New California State. New California State is America’s last stand. And so it shall be stopped.
