Grievance 80: New California State
New California is a new state in development exercising its Constitutional Right to form from the State of California. The process to form New California is authorized and codified in Article IV Sections 3 & 4 of the United States Constitution.

OBTRUDED ASSIMULATION
U.S. Constitution Article IV Section 4 States the following:
“The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.”
Protection “Against Invasion” is one of the founding principals our Founding Fathers laid down in the Constitution in 1787. It was James Madison in April 1787 who had suggested that “an article ought to be inserted expressly guaranteeing the tranquility of the states against internal as well as external danger. . . . Unless the Union be organized efficiently on republican principles innovations of a much more objectionable form may be obtruded”.
Obtruded; meaning to force or impose (oneself, one’s ideas, etc.) without warrant or request.
By June 1787, at Convention the Founders realized that in order to maintain freedom from invasion and domestic violence you had to have a republican form of government. Edmund Randolph from Virginia on June 11, 1787 supporting Madison’s version pending then, said “a republican government must be the basis of our national union; and no state in it ought to have it in their power to change its government into a monarchy”.
Monarchy; meaning undivided rule or absolute sovereignty by a single person.
In October of 2021 more than two million migrants illegally crossed the border from Mexico into the United States during Fiscal Year 2021. The crossings include 1.66 million apprehended by Border Patrol agents and an estimated 400,000 classified as “got aways.”
The apprehension of nearly 1.66 million migrants who illegally crossed the border between ports of entry represents an increase of nearly 315 percent over the previous fiscal year’s total of 400,651, the report indicates. The apprehension of migrant families skyrocketed by more than 763 percent. Unaccompanied minor apprehensions jumped by 374 percent and single adults by 235 percent.
Reporter Ben Bergquam from Fresno, New California has been down on the US border with Mexico for weeks reporting on the invasion of illegal aliens into the United States.“In his first act as president after his inauguration, Joe Biden shut down the border wall construction and opened the US border to millions of illegal migrants from all over the world”.
Bergquam correctly calls out the “evil” in the organizations that are being paid to destroy the nation through open borders. At the top of his list are the fake charities that are getting billions of dollars to facilitate an invasion never before seen by our nation. The Catholic Charities and other NGOs are working as modern slave traders side by side with the cartels trafficking people across the border into the U.S. where they are given special freedoms Citizens of the United States are not allowed.
In California the monarch Gavin Newsom has gained supreme powers over the people since the U.S. Constitution’s Article IV reverse engineering was completed on September 14, 2021 in a fraudulent recall vote.
In Grievance 73 we stated:
“But the bigger risk of a Newsom recall victory is increased dictatorial control reinforced by a fraudulent victory. This is what happens in dictatorships all around the world. The fraudulent victory by a “vote of the people” gives Newsom almost endless dictatorial powers. After all the “votes” prove he’s the “peoples” choice”.
From the Hervé-thomas Campangne, The Conversation, 15 Oct. 2021 discussing the relations between the United States and France circa 1862:
“The two nations again barely avoided war during the 1852-1870 reign of Napoleon III. In 1862, the French emperor attempted to establish a puppet regime in Mexico and installed Maximilian of Habsburg as emperor of Mexico. For Napoleon III, this Catholic and Latin monarchy would counter the influence of the Protestant and republican U.S. in the New World. The U.S. considered the move a violation of the Monroe Doctrine, the foreign policy established in 1823 by President James Monroe which stated that any European interference in the Western Hemisphere would be viewed as a hostile act against the U.S”.
History has shown us that since the Founding Fathers (who were mostly Protestants) created between 1776–1787 the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights more people around the world have been liberated from the likes of monarchs and totalitarians than ever in human history.
The fraudulent vote of September 14, 2021 has now given the United States its first monarch. Supported by a cast of deep state operators including 58 County Clerk Recorders who certified the fraudulent elections in their own counties. An equally corrupted county board of supervisors who all share in the violations of their oaths of office are also to blame.
These “Acts” Obtrude Assimilation thus destroying the fabric of our country.
In every Grievance we state:
“The government of California, the current socialist governor/dictator and mono-party system along with local officials are following a coordinated design with the intent to actively engage in “Acts of Insurrection” against the U.S. Constitution”.
