Three Gorges Dam in trouble again
The Three Gorges Dam, the world’s largest hydropower project located in Central China’s Hubei Province, was hit f this year with a capacity to process 40,000 cubic meters per second was hit by inflow of 10,000 cubic meters on Wednesday.
The massive flooding on the Yangtse River has filled the 800 million cubic meter reservoir. Meteorologists have issued heavy rain warnings for next two days across central China.
