Citizen Commission Hearings for Voting Irregularities in the California State November 3, 2020 elections

One of the key functions of any new state to the Union is to provide for a republican form of government as required by the U.S. Constitution Article IV, Section 4 known as the Guarantee Clause, “a republican form of government”. New California State will always be republican in form and shall not be repugnant to the Constitution of the United States or the principles of the Declaration of Independence. New California State shall exist as an integral part of the Union on an equal footing with the other States in all respects.

On December 3 & 5, 2020 New California State conducted their first two Citizen Commissions in Shasta County, CA with a total of 18 witnesses. New California State will continue proceedings to collect voter information on the election process in Nevada and San Diego Counties.

San Diego County December 17, 2020, Encore Event Center 823 Ronson Rd. San Diego, CA 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

New California State does not support a political party or candidate(s). However we do understand our responsibility to provide the necessary constitutional guarantees to create a “republican form of government”. The data gathered from ALL proceedings will assist New California State in writing THEIR constitution.

The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.
