ORDER OF THE DAY – CO-MINGLING OF FUNDS AND OBFUSCATION, Companion Editorial to Grievance 17, Chapter 2.

As New California State has already demonstrated, through rigorous accountability procedures and thorough research into California’s financial failure and California’s politicians’ financial malfeasance and numerous conflicts of interest, it is now evident for all to see that the Governor and his partisan and foreign accomplices are GUILTY of CO-MINGLING OF FUNDS.  This is a GRAVE ETHICS VIOLATION THAT CARRIES A CRIMINAL PENALTY.  

FUNDS HELD IN TRUST for the citizens of California for the designated purposes specified by the Federal Government for the use of said funds, have been spent on expenses completely unrelated to the purposes and intent of the Federal Government for the disbursement of such funds.  In addition to this grave BREACH OF TRUST, it is becoming evident that the Governor and his criminal accomplices have been obfuscating their actions, denying their financial malfeasance, and blame shifting in order to avoid detection and discovery of the extent of their crimes.  Such PRE-MEDITATED AND DELIBERATE ACTIONS must be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

The existing California government, from top to bottom, has become destructive to the preservation and security of the liberties of the United States citizens residing in this state and petition for redress of this grievance and the numerous other grievances that have been duly petitioned in accordance with the first amendment of the United States Constitution, have been ignored by the California Governor and the California Government, which has become nothing more than a network of personal and self-serving accomplices in what appears to be nothing more than a criminal enterprise and private corporation, serving the interests of a dynastic network of families, crime families, cartels, and hostile foreign interests.

For this reason, we, the citizens of New California, a state in development in accordance with the procedures detailed in the ADMISSIONS CLAUSE OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION, do hereby ask and petition the EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, WHICH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EXECUTING THE LAWS OF THE UNION, to create a task force to cause full discovery of these crimes and to restore to the citizens the designated funds that have been misappropriated and to prosecute all criminal activity that becomes evident in the process.  The citizens of New California HAVE STANDING and have a right to make this demand and as citizens of the United States of America, we humbly ask for swift consideration of this grievance, especially, since we are suffering under a certifiableREIGN OF TERROR, which includes the implementation of STRIKE TEAMS by the Governor against all and any who oppose his dictates
