Flynn Back to Injustice: ‘Sad day for the rule of law’

Judge Emmet Sullivan will have “his” day in court as the DC District Court ordered a rehearing August in the case against Flynn that was dropped by the Department of Justice.
The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals now says the order instructing Judge Sullivan to dismiss the case will get a rehearing by all 11 judges on the court.

Michael Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell appeared on Paul Preston’s Agenda 21 Radio show yesterday and stated that the reason Judge Sullivan and the entire DC Court wants to continue the case is to keep Michael Flynn from talking about what he knows about the deep state and the events that led up to the Russia investigation.
