Two Totalitarians Who Want to Rule the World

When the Berlin Wall Fell on November 9, 1989 the world was forever changed. But for those who had their eyes on Communists leaders around the world at the time were saying it was just a distraction in a sophisticated change in direction for Communists around the world. U.S. President Bush on September 11, 1991 joined in on the distraction when he gave “support” by giving his now infamous “One World Order Speech” before congress.
On September 23, 1991 President Bush goes to the United Nations to plea for the New World Order.
By June of 1992 the United Nations had signed the Rio Earth Summit Accord known as Agenda 21 the plan for world-wide domination under totalitarian rule.
Blending Hitler’ NAZI form of socialism, Franco’s Spain or the Francoist dictatorship, Mussolini’s fascism and Stalin’s communism The United Nations fashioned a plan that was put into law in the United States when California House Representative Nancy Pelosi stood in the well of the U.S. House of Representatives and introduced H.C.R. 353 in October of 1992.
H.Con.Res.353 – “Expressing the sense of the Congress that the United States should assume a strong leadership role in implementing the decisions made at the Earth Summit by developing a national strategy to implement Agenda 21 and other Earth summit agreements through domestic policy and foreign policy, by cooperating with all countries to identify and initiate further agreements to protect the global environment, and by supporting and participating in a high-level United Nations Sustainable Development Commission”.
Mikhail Gorbachev
The warning signs were up for a change in approach by the Soviet Union when Mikhail Gorbachev on November 2, 1987 made the following statement when he addressed the Soviet Politburo:
“In October 1917, we parted with the old world, rejecting it once and for all. We are moving toward a new world, the world of Communism. We shall never turn off that road!”
He further reassures his Communist colleagues:
“Comrades, do not be concerned about all that you hear about glasnost and perestroika and democracy in the coming years.
These are primarily for outward consumption. There will be no significant internal change within the Soviet Union other than for cosmetic purposes. Our purpose is to disarm the Americans and let them fall asleep.”
Note the above statement was not generally known until years later due to media restrictions in the Soviet Union but its known today in 2020.
Two Totalitarian Constants
Since the fall of the wall, collapse of the Soviet Union and the inception of United Nations Agenda 21 there have been two individuals who have remained in power in both the United States and the former Soviet Union. These leaders have been shepherding in the plan right before our eyes and remained the constants to assure the successful implementation of the “One World Order”. Nancy Pelosi and Vladamir Putin.
