Sunday November 5, 2017 was a busy day and I want thanks those who continue to find the truth in these events. Our thoughts and prayers are with those who are suffering in Texas and in the United States.
Kelly was dishonorably discharge based on a general court-martial, and it is a is a felony, regardless of what the underlying offense may have been. The convicted felon is banned from possessing a firearm. Laws are already on the books.
Kelly was dishonorably discharged from the Air Force. Below is the case number for his discharge. Because he was dishonorably discharged je was not allowed to be in possession of a weapon.
