Bail Set for Teen Abductor Allen Gene Turner Jr.

Allen Gene Turner Jr. the 38 year old man accused of abducting a 16 year old Yuba City, CA girl made his first court appearance Thursday afternoon in the Sutter County Superior Court.
On April 11, 2017, at approximately 10:00 AM, the Sutter County Sheriff’s Detectives located the 16 year old in the area of the 700 block of Lincoln Road, Yuba City, CA.
Detectives found found the 16 year old teen with TURNER of Yuba City, who has been arrested and booked into the Sutter County Jail for rape, unlawful sexual intercourse with a person under age 18, oral copulation with a person under the age of 18 and concealment of a child from a legal custodian.
Judge Hansen set bail for Turner at $25, 000.00 following a 3:00 pm hearing.
The teen who went missing April 5, 2017 was found after an intensive effort involving multiple groups on April 11, 2017 is now back home with her family.
